To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Duke’s Root Control, Inc. for sewer root control services for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage in 2024; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $90,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund. ($90,000.00)
