To authorize a transfer between projects within the Safety Bond Fund, Fund 7701; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to issue a purchase order to FYDA Freightliner Columbus Inc. for improvements to Fire Medic M13 in accordance with the universal term contract established for such purpose; to authorize the expenditure of $60,000.00 from the Safety Bond Fund, Fund 7701; and to declare an emergency.
