To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a service contract with K.N.S. Services, Inc. for the Hap Cremean Water Plant Miscellaneous Improvements (Camera System) project under the City’s sole source procurement provision; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of funds and appropriation between projects within the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $410,000.00 for the project.
