To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept grant funds from the Ohio Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and any additional funds for the FY25 Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Grant Program; to authorize the appropriation of funds, including any additional funds, from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the FY25 Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Grant Program, and to declare an emergency.
