To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a professional architectural / engineering services agreement with Karpinski Engineering, Inc., for the City Hall Structured Cabling Assessment & Design project; and to authorize an expenditure of $80,381.00 within the Information Services Capital Projects Fund.
