To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to modify an existing service contract with LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC dba LAZ KARP Associates, LLC (LAZ) provision of off-street parking management services; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,900,000.00 from the Mobility Enterprise Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
