To authorize a transfer within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $188,581.62 from the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $4,307.10 from the Neighborhood Health Center Capital Reserve Fund in order to reimburse the general fund for construction and building renovation expenses incurred by the Office of Construction Management; and to declare an emergency.
