To authorize and direct the Board of Health to enter into a sole-source supply contract with SciAps Inc for the purchase of five X-550 RoHS Analyzers, five HUD Lead Paint Apps, and any applicable shipping costs; to authorize an expenditure from the ODH-Public Health Lead Investigations grant fund; and to declare an emergency.
