To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with the Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) in an amount up to $200,000.00 to manage all aspects of the Power of One-Corridor and Parcel Intervention Program; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $200,000.00 from the 2024 General Fund Budget.
