To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a beneficiary agreement with YMCA of Central Ohio in support of human services programs; to authorize the reimbursement of expenses incurred from August 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022 which is prior to the establishment of the original purchase order; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $155,735.83 from the 2024 ARPA budget.
