To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a beneficiary agreement with the Ohio Hispanic Coalition; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $122,146.06 to provide support for the renovation of their Youth and Education Center; to allow for the reimbursement of expenses beginning October 1, 2023; and to authorize an appropriation and expenditure of ARPA funds.
