To appropriate funds within the Community Development Act Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a contract with Thayer Power and Communication Line Construction Co. LLC, for the 2024 CDBG Fiber Expansion; to authorize the expenditure not to exceed $174,819.29 from the Community Development Act Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
