To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and any additional funds for the 2024 WPCLF program; to authorize the appropriation of funds, including any additional funds, from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Funds; to authorize an expenditure of $75,000.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund; and to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2024 WPCLF program.
