To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to accept a grant and enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife, in the amount of $4,771.00 for the Girls Empowerment Program’s Teen Outdoor Day; to authorize an appropriation of $4,771.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
