To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept additional funds from Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $22,250.00 for the Dental Sealant program that prevents dental cavities among school children through an evidence-based community approach; to authorize the appropriation of $22,250.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize an expenditure of $22,250.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
