Robinson Engineering of Ohio Co. to provide professional services for the Big Walnut Trail - Refugee Road to East Main Street - Stage 1 Project; to authorize the transfer of $692,000.00 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund, to authorize the expenditure of $692,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
