To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into an engineering consulting services contract with DLZ Ohio, Inc., for the Professional Construction Management - 4th Water Plant Transmission Main project; to appropriate funds within the Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $33,143,560.00 from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund.
