To authorize and direct the Board of Health to modify an existing not-for-profit service contract with Think Make Live Youth for gun violence intervention services for the period of July 18th, 2023 to September 30, 2025; to authorize the expenditure not to exceed $86,000.00 from the Health Special Purpose fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
