To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Bomar Construction Company, Inc. for the Department of Technology’s Data Center Facility Upgrades - Hammond project; and to authorize an expenditure up to $675,046.00 within the Information Services Capital Projects Fund.
