To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with Proyecto Mariposas on behalf of the Latine/ Hispanic Heritage Month Committee in support of their Hispanic Heritage Month events; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
