To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept additional funds from the Ohio Department of Health for the Ohio Buckles Buckeye grant program in the amount of $2,750.00; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $2,750.00 to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the expenditure of said grant funds; and to declare an emergency.
