To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of body worn cameras, TASERS, interview room cameras and accessories, software, licenses, maintenance and support for the Division of Police; to authorize the appropriation of $399,732.49 from the Income Tax Set Aside Fund and the expenditure of $3,282,866.65 from the Income Tax Set Aside and General fund; and to declare an emergency.
