To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for one 4-wheel vacuum street sweeper with attachments for the Department of Public Service with Northeast Sweepers & Rentals, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $320,341.66 from Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
