To authorize the Director of Public Safety to enter into contract with Idemia Identity & Security USA, LLC., for maintenance and services for the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) for the Division of Police in accordance with the sole source provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the appropriation of $501,880.50 within the Income Set Aside Fund; to authorize an expenditure of $501,880.50 from each of the General Fund and Income Set Aside Subfund; and to declare an emergency.
