To amend the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds and appropriation within the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Grant Agreement with Alvis, Inc. to provide funding for planning, design, and construction of additional space for their Alum Creek facility; to authorize the reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the purchase order; to authorize the expenditure of $1,500,000.00 from the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; and to declare an emergency.
