To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to establish a contract with Roberts Service Group, Inc. for Electric Power Systems Maintenance Services and to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service, Design and Construction Division; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,314,600.00 from the Electricity, Water and Sewerage and Drainage Operating Funds.
