To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for two (2) Ford F-450 cab and chassis trucks for the Department of Public Service with Ricart Properties, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $104,436.64 from Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
