To authorize the Finance and Management Director to renew a contract with Trane US, Inc. for HVAC controls and equipment services under the purview of the Facilities Management Division, in accordance with the sole source provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 within the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
