To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept grant funds from the Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $72,650.00 and any additional funds for the for the Ohio Buckles Buckeye grant program; to authorize the appropriation of funds, including any additional funds, from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grant Funds; and to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Ohio Buckles Buckeye grant program; and to declare an emergency.
