To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a grant award through the FY25 Law Enforcement Diversion Program from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure of $62,500.00 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grant Fund to the Division of Police to cover the costs associated with the FY25 Law Enforcement Diversion Program; and to declare an emergency.
