To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Public Service, Division of Refuse Collection, to enter into contract with Premier Truck Sales & Rental Inc., for purchase of five (5) 2024 Mack Labrie Automated Side Loading Diesel Powered garbage trucks; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $1,725,750.00 from the Refuse Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
