To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Columbus City Attorney, to enter into contract with Matrix Pointe Software, LLC for maintenance and support services in accordance with sole source provisions of Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $127,900.00 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund, and to declare an emergency.
