To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a new contract with Real Time Networks Inc. for lockbox systems and technology solutions at the Jackson Pike Waste Water Treatment Plant facility under the City’s sole source procurement provision of City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $80,755.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund.
