To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with 1DivineLine2Health, a non-profit corporation, in support of the organization’s Hilltop Drop-In Center and children’s programming; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
