To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to modify an existing contract with iReportsource, Inc. to add functionality to the current iReport software system, used by the Risk Management Office of the Department of Human Resources; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $3,000.00 from the Information Services operating fund.
