To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Public Service, Division of Refuse Collection, to enter into contract with Best Equipment Co., Inc. for purchase of three (3) Labrie Automizer HD Right Hand ASL garbage trucks; to authorize the waiver of the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,270,282.05 from the Refuse Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
