Comunale Company, Inc. for annual smoke and fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair, as well as sprinkler inspections, fire pump testing, fire suppression testing for the Facilities Management Division; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
