To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement with S.A. Comunale Company, Inc. for annual smoke and fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair, as well as sprinkler inspections, fire pump testing, fire suppression testing for the Facilities Management Division; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
