To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract / Purchase Agreement, PA006648, with Sustain LLC for Waste ID & Clean-up Services for the Division of Power; to authorize the Department of Public Utilities to purchase more than $100,000.00 in a fiscal year from the Universal Term Contract; to authorize an expenditure of $50,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
