To authorize the Mayor to accept an $286,319.00 BJA 2024 Smart Prosecution- Innovative Prosecution Solutions grant from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs for the City Attorney to hire a full-time Community Relations Director to help guide the Property Action Team’s public safety and violence interruption efforts; and to authorize the appropriation of $286,319.00 to the City Attorney's Office from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grants Fund 2220.
