To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into agreements with and to provide funding to the Franklin County Engineer’s Office relative to the Bikeway - Dublin Rd - Quarry Trails to Limestone Ridge Dr project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $300,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
