To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to modify a contract with Ricart Properties, Inc. for vehicle alignments and Ford OEM repairs from $110,000.00 to $260,000.00 and to authorize the expenditure of an additional $150,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund and to declare an emergency.
