To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Ferguson Enterprises LLC for the purchase and delivery of Duperon Parts for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $58,546.80 from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
