To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with DXP Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of two (2) Wemco pumps for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $68,819.12 from the Division of Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
