To amend Ordinance No. 2022-2023 to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to extend the contract term with EcoMap Technologies, Inc. to maintain a comprehensive web-based platform for three years; to allow for the payment of expenses incurred prior to the purchase order date; to authorize the additional expenditure of up to $54,170.00 from the 2024 General Fund Operating Budget; and to declare an emergency.
