To authorize the Mayor of the City of Columbus and/or Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a sub grantee award through the FY2023 State Homeland Security Program from the Ohio Emergency Management Agency; to authorize an appropriation of $280,062.00 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grant Fund to the Division of Fire to cover the costs associated with the State Homeland Security Program; and to declare an emergency.
