To amend Ordinance No. 1540-2024 in order to change the party to the not-for-profit service contract from the Franklinton Special Improvement District of Columbus Inc. to the Franklinton Board of Trade to encompass all of Franklinton in the public realm plan; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a not-for-profit services contract with the Franklinton Board of Trade to provide funding for planning of capital improvement investments in the public realm within Franklinton.($0.00)
