To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of lamps and street lights and accessories for the Division of Power; to authorize the transfer of $600,000.00 between object classes in the Electricity Operating Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $1,322,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
