To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Strawser Paving Co., Inc. for the Roadway Improvements - E 20th Avenue and the Intersection Improvements - N 4th Street at E 19th Avenue projects; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,403,286.05 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the projects; and to declare an emergency.
