To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to pay combined sewer overflows, sanitary sewer overflows, and wastewater treatment plant bypass penalties to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage; and to authorize the expenditure of $60,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund.
