To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Departments of Finance and Management and Public Service, to enter into a contract with Tritech Software Systems, a CentralSquare company, for maintenance and support of the City's work and asset management system in accordance with the provisions of sole source procurement of the City of Columbus Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $51,113.45 from the Department of Technology, Information Services operating fund.
